1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PrintFy 3D website at www.printfy3d.com ("Site") or our 3D printing services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Site or use our Services.

2. Services Description

PrintFy 3D provides:

• Sales of 3D printers and related equipment
• 3D printing materials (filaments, resins, etc.)
• Custom 3D printing services
• Technical support and maintenance

3. User Obligations

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register an account. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for illegal purposes
• Upload harmful or copyrighted 3D models without authorization
• Reverse engineer our products or services
• Interfere with Site operations
• Use automated systems to extract data

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

4.2 Pricing

Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

4.3 Payment Methods

• Visa and Mastercard
• Bank transfers
• Cash on delivery (for local orders)

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

Delivery times are estimates only. We ship within Egypt with the following options:

• Cairo/Giza: 3-5 business days
• Other governorates: 5-10 business days

5.2 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Defective Products

You may return defective products within 14 days of receipt. Contact us at support@printfy3d.com to initiate a return.

6.2 Non-Defective Returns

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days at your expense. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

6.3 Custom Prints

Custom 3D printed items are non-refundable unless defective.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All Site content (logos, text, graphics) is our property and protected by copyright.

7.2 Your Models

You retain ownership of 3D models you upload. By submitting files, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for providing Services.

7.3 Copyright Claims

We respect intellectual property rights. Submit DMCA notices to legal@printfy3d.com.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service "As Is"

We provide Services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
